پایانَخل یا سیکاس یکی از ۹۵ گونه گیاهان خانواده پایانخلیان[۴] است. این گیاه یک گیاه آپارتمانی مربوط به مناطق گرم و مرطوب است، اولین بار در چین و ژاپن پیدا شدهاست و برگهایش کشیده و شبیه به نخل هستند.[۵]
