سیمور مایرون هرش (به انگلیسی: Seymour (Sy) Myron Hersh)‏ متولد ۸ آوریل ۱۹۳۷ در شیکاگو، از روزنامه نگاران و نویسندگان آمریکایی است که موفق به کسب جایزه ادبی پولیتزر شده.

هرش ساکن واشنگتن دی سی است و مقالاتش معمولاً در نشریهٔ نیویورکر منتشر می‌شود.

در سال ۲۰۰۶ هرش پرده از نقشه برخی مقامات آمریکا برای بمباران وسیع ایران و تشدید حمایت از ناآرامی‌های قومی و اقلیت‌های غیر فارس زبان در ایران برداشت. وی همچنین در یک سخنرانی برای اعضای اتحادیه آزادی های مدنی این کشور پرده از شکنجه و آزار زندانیان ابوغریب برداشت.
