سوزان بلکمور (متولد ۲۹ ژوئیه ۱۹۵۱) نویسنده فریلنس انگلیسی، مدرس و مجری رادیویی است.[۱]
وی دارای مدرک روانشناسی و فیزیولوژی از دانشگاه آکسفورد (۱۹۷۳)، و فوق لیسانس و پیاچدی فراروانشناسی از دانشگاه سری (۱۹۸۰) است. او به تحقیق روی ماورالطبیعه پایان داده است و آن را نتیجهبخش نمیداند.[۲] حوضه تحقیقاتی او شامل میمها، تکامل، فلسفه ذهن، خودآگاهی و مراقبه است.
