Usage

• Important: please enter all numeric values in a raw, unformatted fashion; i.e., no commas or spaces. Numeric values that are not "raw" may create an "Expression error". Raw values will be automatically formatted by the template.
• Also important: this infobox describes administrative districts of the federal subjects of Russia, but contains fields dealing with their municipal aspects as well. This is unlike the Russian Wikipedia, which primarily deals with the municipal districts and records their administrative aspects.

Microformat

The HTML mark up produced by this template includes an hCard microformat, which makes the place-name and location parsable by computers, either acting automatically to catalogue articles across Wikipedia, or via a browser tool operated by a person, to (for example) add the subject to an address book. Within the hCard is a Geo microformat, which additionally makes the coordinates (latitude & longitude) parsable, so that they can be, say, looked up on a map, or downloaded to a GPS unit.
