Notes on usage
This template marks-up links to http://www.catholic-hierarchy.org, the Catholic-Hierarchy English-language source for Catholic bishops, dioceses, and events associated with their identification.

Two parameters are required; a third to display an alternative linked text is optional; fourth parameter for date retrieved is also optional.
- REQUIRED - specifies if the link is for a bishop, diocese, country, or event. Allowable values generally are bishop, diocese, country, or events
- REQUIRED - the last letters in the url, not including .html
- OPTIONAL - Alternative text to be shown rather than {1}/{2} (i.e. for the bishop's, diocese's, or event's name)
- OPTIONAL - Date information was retrieved from Catholic-Hierarchy.org
